Hanoi: Grade A office rents are slightly

Market Report Property third quarter / 2014 Savills Vietnam said average rents have increased by 1.9% on a quarterly basis after 12 months of consecutive decline. Compared with the previous quarter, Class A rents increased by 2%, while rents fell slightly by -0.8% Grade B and Grade C decreased -1.2%.
 
 
The occupancy of the whole market was 74%, down -1.5 points and -0.7% on a quarterly basis point% year on year. The occupancy of class A decreased -6% on a quarterly basis points, while Class B and C maintained a stable level, respectively 69% and 84%.
